We begin with a relaxed, creative session—either in our comfortable Lynchburg studio or virtually. We’ll dive into your aesthetic tastes, explore design references (like family crests, botanical motifs, or historical eras), and establish your ideal budget.
Once your design deposit is placed, we translate our ideas into incredibly detailed, photorealistic CAD renderings. You will be able to see every leaf vein, gemstone facet, and engraving angle from multiple perspectives. We will tweak and refine this digital model until it perfectly matches your vision.
We believe a luxury ring must be felt to be truly appreciated. Before we touch precious metal, we print a precision, physical 3D resin model of your ring. You get to try it on in real life, test its weight, verify the fit, and see exactly how the width looks on your hand.
Once you approve the physical resin prototype, we cast your ring in your choice of solid yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, or platinum. Our studio then executes the final hand-detailing, setting of natural or lab-grown gemstones, and custom interior engraving.
Once final quality checks are complete, your custom ring is placed in our signature emerald-and-gold Firefly Jewelers luxury packaging, accompanied by a hand-sealed wax envelope. Local clients are invited back to our Lynchburg studio for an intimate, celebratory final reveal and pick-up.
